Job Description

Human Resources Manager Are you passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating a positive workplace culture where employees can thrive? We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources professional to join our team and help drive strategic HR initiatives that support our mission and organizational growth. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and staff, providing guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on HR support in a mission-driven environment. What You ll Do Lead and support recruitment and staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent Partner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, performance, and team effectiveness Develop and coordinate leadership development and training initiatives Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and performance improvement Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, job descriptions, and workforce planning Analyze workforce trends and HR data to support informed decision-making Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, and service excellence What We re Looking For Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, employment laws, and best practices Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership support Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Strong problem-solving, organizational, and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification preferred Five plus years of progressive Human Resources experience in a nonprofit, or mission-driven organization preferred Supervisory or leadership experience Why Join Us?
