You will drive talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness to support our business goals and cultivate an engaging workplace. Responsibilities Lead human capital to optimize workforce performance and engagement Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, and onboarding through employee orientation programs Manage employee evaluation, performance management, and training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and HRIS systems such as Paycom Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements Facilitate change management efforts and support organization design and succession planning initiatives Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management techniques while promoting a positive work environment Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with strong knowledge of human resources practices and policies Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Paycom Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and employment law compliance Experience in planning, organization, and talent management strategies Ability to collect and analyze data for decision-making using HRIS systems Embark on a rewarding career journey where your expertise will shape our company's future while enjoying a supportive environment that values your growth.
