We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead daily HR operations, support organizational growth, and partner closely with leadership to build a high-performing, people-first workplace. What You'll Do As our HR Manager, you'll play a key leadership role across the organization by: Leading day-to-day HR operations with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and employee experience Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations, performance management, and team development Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals Managing full-cycle recruitment for all staff positions across the company Enhancing onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for long-term success Overseeing performance review cycles and helping managers deliver meaningful feedback Managing HRIS systems, employee records, payroll, benefits, leave programs, and Workers' Compensation processes Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Driving employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and company events Continuously improving HR systems, processes, and policies to support company growth What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance Experience managing payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee relations Proven ability to influence leaders and support organizational growth Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now and Zoho Recruit preferred Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed Why Join Crossroads Courier?
