Job Description
The Memorial Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) ensures the execution of the health system's recruitment strategy to attract top talent to the organization. The primary focus of the role is to identify and assist in the selection of top talent for key openings through best-in-class sourcing methods. The Talent Acquisition Partner develops partnerships with business leaders by working directly with Memorial Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring leaders to develop and enhance recruitment strategies. The TAP will develop a deep understanding of the clients' business/service needs to ensure optimal customer service is realized. The Talent Acquisition Partner will prioritize the HR values of respect, integrity, inclusion, performance excellence, and engagement. Ensures recruitment challenges and sourcing strategies are discussed and recommendations for process improvements are identified Collaborates with HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and support work-force planning with HR colleagues, ensures accurate forecasting can be achieved Leads the full end-to-end recruitment process (source, screen, interview and select) by driving value and performance through review of sourcing strategies for assigned client group Trains hiring leaders on new processes/functionality and provides ongoing guidance in effective screening, interviewing and selection process Partners with marketing team to describe and define the organizations' unique employer brand, to create and implement marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers Recruits top talent through a variety of recruitment channels including posting positions on job boards and partnering closely with technical schools, colleges, and universities Attends career fairs and networking events Utilizes social media resources, recruiting websites, and online recruiting platforms Cultivates existing and engages new relationships to build a strong pipeline of referral sources and candidates Reviews and assesses talent pipeline consistently for each open position and dispositions candidates accordingly Uses proactive measures to create and nurture a diverse pipeline of qualified candidate talent pools that align with current and future hiring goals Builds and manages relationships with hiring leaders in order to fully understand hiring needs and ensure a proactive approach Manages requisitions through candidate screening Takes responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience through follow-up communication, sharing organizational benefits, and engaging leaders up to the start date Develops and enhances recruitment strategies Documents and communicates candidate offer objections to the compensation department to assist with market reviews Supports HR team members on projects and initiatives that support workforce readiness and development Apprises HR team of business area matters that impact HR operations and planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting trends, organizational policies, labor laws, and legislative initiatives to ensure adherence, validity and consistency to all legal compliance requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field of study; An associate's degree in nursing may be accepted in lieu of a bachelor'sExperience:
3 years working in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources (HR) or clinical area; Must have professional level experience in recruitment and selection activities or a registered nurse with experience in an administrative or program management role in a nursing departmentSkills:
