Area Manager

To provide guidance, supervision and oversight for Homemakers and Personal Care Assistants/ Attendants. The Area Manager will be responsible for staff recruitment, scheduling, sporadic shift coverage and training staff in their service area.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling staff to job site for service delivery, Providing oversight and monitoring of service delivery , Maintain collaborative contacts with case management agencies and client liaisons to ensure appropriate, Process appropriate employment paper to Human Resource to assure employee has been cleared for employment prior to scheduling, Forward appropriate employment documents(ex. Employment application, W-4 state issued I>D>, etc.) Make supervisory visits to observe and evaluate job performance of staff, Interpret agency policies and procedures relating to service Provision to staff.
