Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee most facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Your energetic leadership will drive organizational growth by implementing innovative HR strategies aligned with our business goals. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and social media management. Oversee employee orientation programs and performance management processes to enhance employee engagement and growth. Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law. Lead change management efforts during organizational restructuring or policy updates while maintaining clear communication across teams. Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in human resources management . Skilled in project management with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective employee orientation, training sessions, and conflict management. $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
