Director, HR COMPANY Premium Latex Manufacturer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client, a global textile manufacturing organization, is seeking a Director of HR to lead HR strategy and drive organizational performance across multiple locations. This individual will partner closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, oversee multi-site HR operations and ensure consistency in policies and the employee experience across a diverse workforce. The Director of HR will also lead talent management, employee relations and compensation and benefits programs while regularly traveling between sites to support leaders and employees. The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and culture, extensive experience in manufacturing or multi-location environments and a proven track record of managing compensation and benefits programs. They also possess five or more years of team leadership experience, strong business acumen and the ability to influence across multiple P&Ls while building high-performing teams and driving accountability in a fast-paced, operationally driven organization.
