Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to leadership across the organization. This role is responsible for leading all core HR functions—employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and culture initiatives—in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR leader who thrives in dynamic settings and values both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnership Partner with leaders at all levels to strengthen engagement, performance, and retention Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee development, and disciplinary actions Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience Develop employment agreements for positions with contract terms and conditions. Employee Relations & Compliance Manage and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and objectivity Conduct thorough workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Partner with legal counsel when appropriate to mitigate risk HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity Serve as support and back up for Compensation and Benefits Administrator, which reports to the HR Manager position Administer leave programs including FMLA, workers' compensation, and OSHA reporting Support performance review processes and incentive program tracking Culture & Engagement Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and team culture like rewards and recognition programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced or operational environment Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar strongly preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency and follow-through Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently Why Join
