Traveling HR Managers - Data Centers Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Traveling HR Managers for full-time work in Ellendale, North Dakota . The pay range for this position is $40-$50 per hour. The majority of our position hours range from 65-75 hours a week . We will welcome candidates open to relocation. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole. Ultimate LLC HR Managers Responsibilities Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for employees and project leadership Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork Assist with workforce communication, policy administration, and employee support Help manage attendance-related processes, workforce tracking, and general personnel documentation Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is handled properly Partner with project leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and field support needs Address employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Assist with policy enforcement and maintain consistency in HR practices onsite Support offboarding, employee status changes, and other HR processes as needed Help promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Ultimate LLC HR Managers Qualifications Previous HR experience required Prior experience in construction, industrial, or field-based environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work independently while also supporting project leadership and field teams Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer-based administrative tasks Bilingual is a plus, but not required Why work for Ultimate LLC?
