Their internal leadership team is seeking a motivated HR leader who can contribute strategically while also supporting all company payroll operations and workforce initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the HR function while helping support continued organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, operational support, and lead the all payroll process. What You Will Do Lead all recruiting and hiring efforts Support new hire onboardings, employee relations, compliance, and administration Lead and conduct all payroll processes and employee documentation Assist with internal systems, process improvements, and workflow efficiencies Partner with leadership on planning and employee support initiatives Help strengthen recruiting, retention, and organizational processes What You Need- Requirements 3+ years experience in HR, recruiting, or HR operations 3+ years experience processing mulit-state payroll Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience using various HRIS/ payroll systems or software Approachable leader with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Experience Manufacturing, industrial, or operational recruiting experience HR Generalist or Payroll Generalist background Experience improving HR workflows or onboarding processes Leadership potential and desire for long-term growth Your Benefits Flexible Work-Life Balance Leadership exposure and career growth opportunity Comprehensive health, vision, & dental coverage 401K w/ company match PTO and Paid Holidays Your Career Partner The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
