The Senior Manager, HR Administration- Franchise Support leads centralized HR operations for the franchise network, overseeing payroll processing, recruiting support services, and systems training.
Qualifications/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of payroll processes and multi-state compliance Experience supporting franchise or multi-location business models preferred Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycor), and ATS platforms Experience with HR support tools such as Zywave is a plus, but not required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsSkills/Abilities:
