  • Overview
  • The Human Resources Manager provides administrative and operational HR support across a range of personnel functions, including employee relations, payroll support, compliance tracking, onboarding, and HR process coordination.
This role partners closely with leadership and employees to ensure effective HR service delivery, regulatory compliance, and consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • + Onboarding and employee data management + Recruitment support + Benefits, leave and compliance support + Employee lifecycle & HR Operations + Engagement and HR initiatives
  • Requirements include but not limited to
  • + Progressive Human Resources Management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or operations-based environment + Ability to analyze issues and develop timely, practical solutions + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusted working relationships + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively + High attention to detail with strong accuracy in documentation and data management + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands + Professional demeanor with the ability to interact respectfully at all levels of the organization + Strong sense of accountability and ownership of assigned responsibilities + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment + Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement + Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters •
Pay Details:
  • $85,000.
