$45.00 - $60.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, Corp. are seeking a visionary HR Director to lead our people strategy across all 13 departments. If you're a strategic HR leader who thrives on building culture, developing talent, and driving organizational excellence — we want you at the helm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations Develop and implement HR policies and compliance programs across all departments Lead the HR team and provide strategic workforce planning guidance Report monthly on HR metrics including retention, turnover, and compliance Partner with senior leadership on organizational development and culture initiatives SKILLS Director-level HR leadership experience in a healthcare or ABA organization Experience building HR infrastructure including policy development and compliance programs Track record of improving employee retention and organizational culture Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills Knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements
