Human Resources Manager Bridgeport, NJ $115,000-$125,000 We have an exciting opening for a Human Resources Manager responsible for supporting all HR functions in a manufacturing environment. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

Based on business direction and goals, identify immediate and long-term human resources needs. Ensure compliance with HR policies and state and federal laws Plan and coordinate with corporate HR and business leaders to develop communications and actions to lead and manage change at the Bridgeport facility Provide counsel to employee and managers on constructive resolution of employee relations issues Manage the recruitment, selection and staffing process for hourly and salaried positions Manage hourly, bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll function to insure accurate and timely payroll processing Oversee maintenance of site personnel records, benefit plan participation, personnel transaction records and associated recordkeeping Address employee inquiries about insurance or retirement benefits; troubleshoot errors and ensure data integrity, and interfaces with vendors Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Human Resources Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment Experience with Paycor Payroll preferred Position requires strong PC, analytical, decision-making and communication skills. #INDGB
