Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner II to join a team in Wayne, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex HR processes, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to organizational success.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
  • Design and implement frameworks for promotions, internal mobility, and career development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and other key stakeholders on HR matters.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes to align with industry best practices.
