This position is responsible for both recruiting and staffing employees as well as developing new business relationships and securing staffing orders from clients . The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, solving workforce challenges, recruiting talent, and growing business accounts. This is a fast-paced role that combines sales, customer service, recruiting, and account management. ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Relations Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers. Present staffing solutions and service offerings to decision-makers. Negotiate service agreements and secure staffing orders. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional staffing needs. Recruiting & Staffing Recruit, interview, and onboard qualified candidates. Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking efforts. Match candidates with client job openings. Coordinate employee placements and scheduling. Ensure employees meet client requirements and company standards. Maintain accurate applicant and employee records. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Resolve employee and client concerns in a timely manner. Conduct client visits and employee check-ins. Monitor job performance and client satisfaction. Assist with retention and workforce planning efforts. Qualifications Previous staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or account management experience preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills B2B sales experience. Recruiting and interviewing experience. Customer service background. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Benefits Competitive salary.
