This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys organizing information, building and maintaining spreadsheets, creating clean documentation, and keeping internal systems running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're the type of person who geeks out on details, loves structure, and finds satisfaction in making operations more efficient, you'll fit right in. Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Organize digital documents, files, and internal resources for easy access
  • Assist with data entry, cleanup, and accuracy checks
  • Support administrative tasks that require precision and consistency
  • Work within QuickBooks Online (QBO) to help with basic bookkeeping tasks, categorization, and organization (experience preferred)
  • Help streamline processes, improve workflows, and reduce operational bottlenecks
  • Take on miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team and company growth Ideal Candidate
  • Very detail‑oriented, someone who notices the small things others miss
  • Enjoys spreadsheets, structure, and organization
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem‑solver who can take a task and run with it
  • Familiar with QuickBooks Online or willing to learn quickly
  • Tech‑savvy and efficient with digital tools
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to high‑quality work
