Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Field Manager of Human Capital is responsible for leading all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning, and human resources operations for an assigned region or market. This role serves as a strategic partner to regional leadership by ensuring full staffing for events and operations while overseeing employee relations, and HR programs. The Field Manager of Human Capital drives results through proactive recruiting strategies, strong community, and effective people management practices that support organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
Oversees regional staffing strategy to ensure all events and operational needs are fully staffed. Leads recruitment efforts by using our programmics and recruiting partners. Develops and implements recruitment programs, outreach strategies, and collateral. Partners with leadership to assess staffing needs and hiring priorities. Coordinates recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives. Tracks recruitment metrics and outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Human Resources & Employee Relations:
Manages administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Advises management on employee relations issues and investigations. Delivers training for managers in HR best practices. Responds to HR inquiries from employees and management. Investigate workplace incidents and prepares reports. Prepares separation documentation and conducts exit interviews. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or human resources. Experience in event staffing, security, sports management, athletics, or staffing preferred. Strong strategic, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Background check required. HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR).
Physical and Mental Demands:
The employee must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear. The role may require climbing, bending, reaching, working in confined spaces, and exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Work Environment This position is primarily remote based with frequent requirements to attend or support events in outdoor or non-office environments.
