Overview IGT is seeking a Senior Director, HRIS to lead the strategy, governance, and transformation of global HR technology solutions across the organization. This role is responsible for driving enterprise-wide HR systems optimization, post-merger technology consolidation, and scalable digital solutions that enable an efficient, data-driven People & Culture (P&C) function. The Senior Director, HRIS partners closely with P&C, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and business leaders to define and execute the HR technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities, operational scalability, data governance, and employee experience objectives. This role provides strategic leadership for HR systems, including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HR workflows, integrations, reporting, automation, and self-service capabilities, while leading a global HRIS organization responsible for execution, support, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Develop and lead the enterprise HR technology roadmap aligned with business and People strategy Establish and maintain global HRIS governance standards including system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data governance Drive enterprise-wide HR systems standardization and simplification initiatives Partner with IT and enterprise architecture teams to align HR technology solutions with enterprise strategy Govern prioritization of HR technology initiatives, enhancements, and investments Lead post-merger HR systems consolidation and transformation initiatives Drive continuous optimization of SuccessFactors and related HR technologies Lead process redesign and workflow optimization initiatives Identify and implement automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions where appropriate Enhance employee and manager experience through scalable HR technology solutions Oversee integrations across SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Payroll, Benefits, and analytics platforms Ensure enterprise-wide data integrity, governance, and audit readiness Enable reporting and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making Lead governance for HRIS projects, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements Establish strong project management and change governance practices Lead and develop a global HRIS organization including managers, analysts, and project resources Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR technology opportunities and risks Qualifications 10+ years of experience in

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $213,700 - $256,200 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
