This role will be handling recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, approachable, and level-headed, with strong management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day assistance across a range of HR administrative activities to support team priorities during the assignment. Contribute to employee relations and benefits-related support as needed in partnership with the broader HR function. Assist with recruiting, including coordinating interview schedules with hiring teams and candidates to keep the selection process efficient and well organized. Support new employee onboarding by preparing required documentation, facilitating orientation logistics, and helping new team members transition successfully into their roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records within HR systems and related documentation files. Monitor hiring and employment practices to help ensure alignment with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to employee relations and benefits-related support as needed in partnership with the broader HR function. At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with demonstrated success in recruiting and HR administration. Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities, including new employee documentation and orientation support. Working knowledge of employment compliance standards, HR policies, and standard recruitment procedures. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate personnel and candidate data. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Experience supporting employee relations and benefits-related processes is preferred.
