Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce engagement, streamline HR processes, and support our company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices, employment law, and change management strategies to ensure a thriving organizational culture. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce management. Oversee the recruitment process utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS or Workday to attract top talent efficiently. Manage employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and performance. Administer employee relations programs, addressing conflicts proactively and ensuring a positive work environment through effective conflict management techniques. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning. Lead benefits administration efforts including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act). Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and HR analytics to inform strategic decisions. Drive change management projects to support organizational design initiatives and process improvements across departments. Collaborate with leadership on performance management systems, employee evaluation processes, and training & development programs to foster continuous growth. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in human capital management practices. In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS platforms such as Taleo or Paylocity. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels effectively. Experience with HRIS systems including Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar platforms for data entry and workforce management. Ability to manage employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while fostering a positive organizational culture. Familiarity with benefits administration tools like Paychex or ADP for payroll processing and benefits coordination. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
