Human Resources Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a vibrant, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, evaluation, training & development programs to enhance skills and engagement across teams. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering open communication channels. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with legal requirements such as FMLA and OSHA standards. Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy for efficient workforce management and reporting using platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Drive performance management initiatives through strategic planning, organization design, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations while managing contracts, data collection, and recordkeeping responsibilities. Support change management initiatives by guiding organizational restructuring efforts and implementing new HR technologies like UltiPro or Paychex. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. Demonstrated expertise in employment law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle

HCM, SAP

SuccessFactors or similar systems; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail through data entry and recordkeeping accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus. Ability to handle conflict management sensitively and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or PHR) is highly desirable. $56,523.47 - $68,071.27 per year
