In Person About Us Huntington Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Genesis is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to support our employees and oversee key HR functions across our growing organization. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and fostering a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership while managing essential HR processes, compliance initiatives, payroll administration, benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in HR best practices and employment law. Key Responsibilities Process and administer payroll accurately and on schedule. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave of absence, and related employee support. Oversee timekeeping and attendance management systems. Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management on workplace policies, procedures, and employee relations matters. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure accurate employee records, documentation, and audit readiness. Support policy development, implementation, and communication across the organization. Assist with HR reporting, compliance tracking, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in recordkeeping, documentation, and compliance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and other business applications; BambooHR experience preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices. Experience maintaining confidential employee information and managing sensitive matters with professionalism. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, reports, and regulatory requirements while ensuring consistency and compliance. A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Why Join Us?
