Full-Time Associates:

We are seeking a hands-on, business-focused HR Director to lead our HR function. This role requires strong experience in multi-state HR compliance, self-funded benefits, and strategic partnership with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Direction:
Partner with leaders on organizational growth.
Benefits Strategy:
Manage Self-funded benefit plans and implement cost-control strategies.
Policy & Compliance:
Ensure multi-state compliance and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Requirements:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or certification preferred. Senior-level HR leadership experience. Strong background in multi-state HR compliance and self-funded benefits. Business-minded, hands-on leader with strong communication and judgment.
