Job Description

We are looking for an Onsite Staffing Manager to join our team in a 1st shift role, Monday to Friday, 6am start. Responsibilities and essential job functions : Serve as the primary liaison at the onsite location, cultivating strong partnerships across the client's HR, Operations, and Facilities teams. Drive workforce planning by translating client headcount needs into actionable recruiting strategies and building a robust candidate pipeline. Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-shift associate population, covering full-cycle recruiting, timekeeping, performance documentation, employee relations, and general office administration. Develop and distribute recurring reporting packages (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for both client stakeholders and internal corporate leadership. Design and execute creative sourcing strategies, screen and assess talent, and strengthen the employer brand to draw quality applicants. Administer all client-required pre-employment screening protocols, including drug testing, background verification, and role-specific assessments. Review onboarding documentation for accuracy, run weekly payroll, and monitor associate attendance and points-based discipline. Uphold adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. Address associate concerns directly and provide coaching or corrective conversations as situations require. Partner with corporate functions on unemployment filings, workers' comp matters, and incident investigations tied to the onsite account. Perform routine safety walks of the client facility, enforce both corporate and client-side safety standards, and take on additional initiatives as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Prior leadership or supervisory exposure (1+ year) is a plus. Demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or proprietary information. Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset and proven ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Willingness to flex hours and work additional time when business needs dictate, per leadership direction. Spanish fluency required.
