Onsite Staffing Supervisor Confidential Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time $50,000•$55,000 a year 2 days ago Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Management ATS Environmental compliance Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description We are looking for an Onsite Staffing Supervisor to join our team in a 2nd shift role, Monday to Friday, 11am start. Responsibilities and essential job functions : Support site recruitment goals by sourcing, interviewing, and assessing applicants, and keeping candidate records current in the applicant tracking system. Execute targeted sourcing campaigns to keep the talent pipeline aligned with site demand; assist with day-to-day associate oversight. Handle payroll prep, attendance tracking, daily and weekly reporting, and review of client billing details.
Once offers are accepted:
verify new hire documentation, coordinate pre-employment screening, load associate records into the HRIS and payroll platform, and deliver new hire orientation. Enforce both corporate and client-side standards on employee relations matters, partnering with corporate functions on coaching conversations and investigations as situations arise. Work alongside the Onsite Manager to uphold Eclipse, client, safety, and environmental program requirements, ensuring OSHA and internal regulatory compliance. Take on additional responsibilities that support the broader objectives of the account. Qualifications Second language proficiency a plus. 1-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition exposure preferred. Background in a warehouse, distribution, or light industrial setting is helpful. Open to schedule flexibility and occasional extended hours at leadership's discretion. Self-starter with sharp attention to detail and a results-first mindset; adapts well to shifting priorities and stays composed in a high-tempo environment. Comfortable working across the Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, or payroll software is an added plus.
