Job Description

Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager to join our growing team! First year total compensation ranges from $75,000 - $95,000 annually!
Summary:
The Account Manager is a goal-oriented self-starter with proven experience in recruitment and human resources. This role is responsible for the account management and various human resources services provided to a major client of Wise Staffing Group. Services include but are not limited to making decisions related to the hiring, placement, discipline, payroll, and termination of temporary employees.
Responsibilities:
Acts as the point of contact for company leadership. Liaises between client and leadership. Reports operational and performance data of client account to management team. Keeps management informed on client needs and other pertinent information. Learns and understands the nuances and needs of the client's worksite. Provides insight and advises both client and internal sales/management team regarding mutually beneficial business needs. Coordinates with sales team to grow site headcount and anticipate client needs. Builds and maintains positive relationships with key decision makers and provides excellent customer service. Fulfills all orders and/or client requests with efficiency and urgency. Ensures overall customer satisfaction. Evaluates and implements successful methods of candidate sourcing. Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates tailored to client needs and expectations. Facilitates and verifies the interviewing, drug testing, background check completion, E-Verification, and other necessary preparation of candidates before placement. Serves as an intermediary between temporary workers and client. Investigates, resolves, and documents issues relating to said workers, including but not limited to performance, attendance, payroll, and client complaints. Actively listens and understands client concerns and pain-points. Tailors recruitment and performance reviews to client-specific needs and goals. Ensures all temporary workers adhere to and uphold the policies of both Wise Staffing Group and the client. Coaches temporary workers through performance improvement plans. Delivers disciplinary action professionally. Mediates conflict in a calm manner. Terminates or reassigns temporary workers as necessary. Investigates, documents, and evaluates matters regarding worker's compensation, unemployment, and discrimination complaints. Resolves matters swiftly and professionally while relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties. Verifies the timesheets of each temporary worker placed on client's site. Completes payroll procedures accurately and on time. Communicates effectively with management and fellow recruiters to address client needs and ensure timely order fulfillment. Reports to client site on short notice as needed due to worker's compensation incidents or other urgent situations. Works a flexible schedule based on business needs, shift coverage/change, etc. Key Success Factors Reliable transportation. Ability to report to client site on short notice as necessary Reliable method of communication (e.g. personal cell phone) Flexible shift availability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with staffing industry operations Prior experience with worker's compensation, unemployment, or discrimination matters Proficiency in MS Office/Suite and other basic computer skills Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, (Avionte experience preferred) Environment This role is on-site only. The Account Manager will work in tandem with local in-branch team and facilitate client site operations independently. This role will typically operate in-branch and require travel to the client's sites as business needs require. Client sites are located in multiple states. Overnight travel will be required as needed.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
