Purpose of Position:
The HR Manager develops and leads HR strategies to support organizational goals, manage all core HR functions, and promote employee engagement. This position advises RF leadership and the Board's Talent and Compensation Committee, supporting decision-making and strengthening a collaborative company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee core HR operations, including talent acquisition, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, and HRIS administration. Provide HR leadership through strategic planning, monitoring trends, and ensuring legal and industry compliance. Champion the development and tracking of companywide goals and performance outcomes. Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for the Talent and Compensation Committee, providing expert guidance on compensation, succession planning, and human capital trends. Mentor and develop the HR team, ensuring professional growth and role clarity. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture aligned with organizational values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resources or related degree with 10 years of related experience and 5 years of experience leading teams OR No degree with at least 15 years of related experience/education and 5 years of experience leading teams resulting in demonstrated ability to perform the major duties required. Proven ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Excellent communication skills, especially for challenging conversations, and ability to build trust as a supporter for employee well-being and best interests. Strong market awareness and insight into hiring trends. Adept at identifying and cultivating talent.
Desirable:
SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. Experience in employment law and policy management. Familiarity with talent and personality assessments and tools. Experience presenting to boards and committees.
