Staffing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, evaluating, engaging, and managing candidates. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage job postings across a variety of platforms to attract top talent. Utilize multiple channels to source and recruit candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of qualified individuals. Conduct thorough interviews, both over the phone and in person, to assess candidate suitability. Ensure compliance with pre-screening procedures to maintain high-quality standards. Attend On-site Client meetings for tour/walk through of the facility to gain a better understanding of the desired type of candidates to present. Present exceptional candidates to clients, showcasing their skills and potential. Identifies and works to resolve customer/employee related issues with high sense of urgency, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve the customer experience. Coordinate tours and orientations at client locations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills. Strong professionalism and interpersonal skills.
