Full-Time The Strategic Human Resource Business Partner plays a vital role in aligning organizational objectives with the needs of caregivers and caregiver leaders in designated business units. They proactively support, educate, and empower leaders, along with their teams, to excel in dynamic and evolving work environments. With a keen ability to analyze trends and metrics, the Strategic HRBP collaborates with leaders to create actionable plans that drive organizational success. They serve as culture champions, promote change management values, and uphold the principles of high-reliability operating systems while supporting leader standard work. Their focus includes workforce stabilization and retention through initiatives such as caregiver development, coaching, and talent optimization. Additionally, they enhance the caregiver experience, act as liaisons for new caregivers, and leverage HR analytics to guide decision making and improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop actionable plans for organizational success
  • Support workforce stabilization and retention initiatives
  • Enhance talent development and coaching programs
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive decision making and continuous improvement Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field
  • Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • 5-7 years of HRBP or Generalist experience
SHRM CP/SHRM
SCP or
PHR/SPHR
certification preferred
