New Bremen, OH (onsite) About the Role We are seeking a strategic, experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and advance our HR strategy across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. This role is pivotal in shaping a modern, business partner focused HR organization that enables growth, strengthens leadership capability, and delivers a best-in-class employee experience across the region. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will lead the Americas HR organization, partner closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in aligning regional execution with our global people strategy. What You'll Do Provide overall leadership and direction for the HR function across the Americas, ensuring alignment with the company's global HR strategy. Partner with senior business leaders to deliver people solutions that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Evolve the regional HR operating model into a true business partnership, leveraging best practices and scalable solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on talent strategy, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy global initiatives efficiently and effectively. Support enterprise level priorities. Equip leaders to apply HR strategies consistently and hold teams accountable for people outcomes. Develop and maintain executive level HR metrics and dashboards to track workforce trends, turnover, development progress, and engagement.
