The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational design, with a proven ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams. As a key contributor to our leadership team, you will develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, support employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce strategies and promote organizational growth through innovative HR practices. Duties Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with overall business objectives. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective recruiting strategies, utilizing HRIS systems and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS). Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, employee evaluation, and training & development programs. Oversee employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring a positive work environment compliant with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA. Manage human capital management processes including benefits administration, onboarding, employee orientation, and HR sourcing. Implement process improvements to enhance HR workflows using tools like Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, or Paylocity for data collection and analysis. Support organizational design efforts by facilitating change management initiatives and process optimization projects. Ensure compliance with affirmative action planning requirements while maintaining diversity and inclusion standards across the organization. Skills Extensive knowledge of human resources management principles, employment law, and labor regulations. Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as ADP for data management and reporting. Strong expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting techniques, interviewing skills, and sourcing methods. Demonstrated ability in performance management systems and employee evaluation processes. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to negotiate effectively and manage conflict resolution professionally. Experience in LTC preferred. Adept at data analysis skills for workforce planning, process improvement opportunities, and strategic decision-making.
