- Mentor and develop HR talent while fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and accountability Key Responsibilities (HR Manager):
- Partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
- Serve as a trusted HR partner and key point of contact for managers and employees
- Drive HR process improvements, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the organization
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition efforts Preferred Qualifications (HR Manager):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or
PHR/SPHR
strongly preferred- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
