Salary Range:
$95,000 to $110,000 depending on experience

  • Partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner and key point of contact for managers and employees
  • Drive HR process improvements, standardization, and adoption of best practices across the organization
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition efforts Preferred Qualifications (HR Manager):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or
PHR/SPHR
strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership or supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
