Your primary responsibilities will include:

Staffing and Labor Relations :

Manage all aspects of staffing, including recruitment, hiring, and retention of qualified staff.

Employee Relations :

Respond to employee concerns, conduct investigations, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.

Benefits Administration :

Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs.

Compliance :

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Training and Development :

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications Experience :

2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field. Skilled nursing experience is preferred.
