Offering employment and vocational services, nutritionally assisted substance use disorder treatment, recovery housing, and job readiness training and placement, our team can help individuals overcome barriers to success. Join our team as a Case Manager Assistant - Full Time with benefits Will provide administrative and direct support to team members, as they assist consumers on the pathway to gainful employment. As a primary point of contact to services, will assist consumers in the registration, orientation, and job readiness processes. May assist in conducting community outreach and engagement activities to recruit clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact person for admissions into employment services. Interview, screen and enroll clients into appropriate services and facilitate consumers through the orientation process. Connect and schedule clients for appropriate case management services. Participate and/or conduct program orientation and enrichment/educational workshops to develop positive relationships with consumers to help them become work ready and achieve their training and occupational goals based on their work readiness, strengths, skills, aptitude and potential limitations/barriers to employment and vocational training. Assist in the development of Customized Employment Plans. Meet with consumers and provide support to assist them in achieving goals. Provide support to other case managers
Requirements:
HSD/GED equivalent; background in social work/related field or minimum of 2 years experience in social service field Ability to communicate with diverse population Strong communication, organizational and documentation skills Proficient with computer operation and software programs DFWP/EOE
