Branch Manager | Construction MEP Staffing Global Impact Staffing Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $80,000 - $100,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Cell phone reimbursement Qualifications Industrial construction Regulatory compliance Business development Bachelor's degree Commercial construction B2B Prospecting Account management Full Job Description We are seeking, on behalf of our client, an experienced, sales driven branch manager to lead and grow a skilled trades staffing operation in either Oklahoma City or Tulsa area, focused on commercial and industrial construction. If you have experience selling light industrial staffing that is a plus, but you main focus should have been MEP staffing. At this time this is a producing leadership role, not an in-office operations position, requiring the ability to drive both personal and team revenue. This individual will also oversee a team of recruiters ensuring consistent delivery of qualified skilled labor, licensed electricians, certified welders, and journeyman plumbers. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in commercial and industrial construction staffing sales and light industrial sales is a plus, with a proven ability to penetrate new accounts, both in the field and at the corporate level.
REQUIREMENTS
⦁ 5 years of sales for the commercial and industrial construction staffing industry. ⦁ 2 years of leading either recruiting or sales teams in the commercial and industrial construction staffing industry ⦁ Strong knowledge of staffing processes, metrics, and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
⦁ Leadership and mentoring skills. ⦁ Analytical and strategic planning capabilities. ⦁ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ⦁ Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁ Manage daily operations of recruiting or sales teams. ⦁ Set performance goals, monitor results, and provide coaching. ⦁ Develop and implement processes for efficiency and growth. ⦁ Oversee client relationships and ensure service excellence. ⦁ Collaborate with executives to align team objectives with organizational goals. ⦁ Ensure compliance with employment laws, contracts, and internal policies.
