Job Description

Human Resources Manager Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires a deep understanding of human capital management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to foster a positive and productive work environment. Duties Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including strategic planning and organization design Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS management, and onboarding procedures such as employee orientation Manage employee performance evaluation systems, training & development programs, and succession planning initiatives Administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and manage benefits administration tools like Workday, ADP, Paychex, and UltiPro Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning Handle employee relations issues through conflict management and effective communication skills Maintain HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Oracle HCM, Taleo, and Dayforce for data collection and reporting Lead change management initiatives to support organizational development projects Manage HR projects related to workforce management using Kronos or similar tools Prepare contracts and manage data entry related to HR processes Support organizational design efforts to optimize workforce structure Requirements Proven experience in human resources management with expertise in human capital management systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR compliance standards Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including ATS utilization like iCIMS or Lever Experience with benefits administration platforms such as Paychex or UltiPro; payroll knowledge preferred Proficiency in HRIS systems including PeopleSoft or Ceridian; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications are advantageous Join our team to lead innovative HR practices that drive organizational success while fostering a supportive workplace culture.
Pay:
$61,373.73 - $90,000.00 per year
