Full Job Description Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the day-to-day operations of multi-site Human Resources Departments, ensuring effective execution of programs, processes, and services that support organizational objectives. Manages staff, allocates resources, and monitors performance to ensure operational goals are achieved. Partners with internal stakeholders to implement initiatives, improve processes, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards. The HR Manager is responsible to travel to provide HR leadership to our businesses in Bend, Oregon, Marysville, Washington and Edmonton, Canada. Key Deliverables of the Position 1) Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance activities. 2) Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and training initiatives. 3) Guide managers on performance management and employee development. 4) Lead HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Strong knowledge of HR law, HR strategy, and organizational development practices Experience supporting leadership decision-making Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related discipline 6+ years of HR experience including leadership responsibility Technical Competencies 1) HR operations leadership 2) Employee relations management 3) Talent acquisition and workforce planning 4) Performance management systems 5) HR compliance and employment law 6) HR policy development and implementation 7) Organizational development support 8) Leadership coaching and partnership 9)
Proficient Computer Skills :
