The Regional HR Manager responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies and assisting with day-to-day regional HR issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of local labor regulations and experience with Human Resource Management Software. Ultimately, you will ensure we build and maintain a strong local and regional employer brand.
Responsibilities:
Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture Investigate and help respond to EEOC claims and potential lawsuits Track and handle EEO-1 reporting Administer process for annual reviews for administrative staff and salaried employees Audit timekeeping of employees to ensure compliance with state and federal laws Audit timekeeping and review processes for non-exempt administrative employees Create processes and audit employees' files to ensure compliance with state and federal laws Conduct sample and periodic audits of officers state licenses Develop and assist managers with coaching and counseling forms and procedures Review and approve terminations by market Review and update supplemental handbooks by State as needed Create and assist with salaried employees onboarding in region Respond to employment verifications in region Assist with investigations and oversight of W/C claims Report and handle FMLA claims Prepare and manage division's budget Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed Implement company policies Ensure all HR operations adhere to local and state legal standards- ex. Meal and rest breaks, predictive scheduling- suggest processes, procedures and conduct audits for compliance Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues If applicable, oversee and assist with Affirmative Action Plan If applicable, track and handle Vets100 Reporting If applicable, provide oversight of CBA's and assist and investigate NLRB claims If applicable, report and track commuter benefits Coordinate with Director of Human Resources to craft organization-wide strategies and objectives
Requirements:
