The campus consists of four neighborhoods, up to three houses per neighborhood, and each house accommodates up to 14 eligible residents all with privte bedrooms and bathrooms.. Oregon Veterans Home - Lebanon is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director (HR Director) to lead HR operations in a skilled nursing / long-term care environment. This role oversees HR compliance, employee relations, labor relations, benefits administration, and leave management (FMLA/OFLA) in a unionized healthcare setting. Qualifications:

Qualifications 3+ years of HR management or HR leadership experience Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred Experience working in a union environment / labor relations Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, OFLA, Workers Compensation, EEOC, and BOLI Bachelor s degree preferred PHR/SPHR or
