Job Description

Are you a strategic, people-focused HR professional looking to make an impact? We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and support human resources operations for a growing team in the Chambersburg area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both high-level strategy and hands-on HR work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy implementationPartner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growthManage recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiativesProvide guidance on performance management, coaching, and employee developmentEnsure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulationsHandle employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive workplace cultureMaintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS systems
