Job Description

Denver Cold Storage Inc, Denver, PA, is a family-owned organization founded in 1985 that provides frozen, refrigerated, and ambient third‑party logistics solutions for a diverse range of customers. The company has grown into a multi‑facility operation with specialized capabilities such as blast freezing, order selection, cross‑docking, rail docks, and real‑time inventory visibility, supported by integrated transportation through Denver Logistics. Together, these teams deliver dependable, temperature‑controlled storage and distribution with a strong emphasis on service, integrity, and care for employees, customers, and the community. Denver Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function across the Denver Cold Family of Companies. In this operationally focused leadership role, the Human Resources Manager will guide core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while working closely with safety, engagement, and departmental leaders to support alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate trust, navigate sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy, and help leaders create clear expectations and effective people practices. Human Resources Manager position qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with proven leadership responsibility; required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification; preferred Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related operational environments; preferred Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
