Denver Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function across the Denver Cold Family of Companies. In this operationally focused leadership role, the Human Resources Manager will guide core HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while working closely with safety, engagement, and departmental leaders to support alignment across the organization. Human Resources Manager position qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with proven leadership responsibility; required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; preferred; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification; preferred Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or related operational environments; preferred Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills; essential Demonstrated community involvement; strongly preferred
