Job Description
Join our team at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living as a Human Resources Director. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity available $65k-75k/annually
Responsibilities of Human Resources Director:
Maintaining professional communication with staff and patients for HR-related concerns Processing payroll on a biweekly basis Assisting with onboarding new staff members, processing background checks and reference checks for new staff Other duties as related toHR Qualifications of Human Resources Director:
Prior experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff. Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multi-task. Knowledgeable of administrative practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to employment law, wage, and hour rules, labor relations, OSHA, Privacy Act, etc. Benefits forHuman Resources Director:
