Job Description
Kecks Foodservice is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead HR initiatives that support the growth and success of our company by fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. You will manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive environment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices. Partner with leadership to support organizational change and workforce planning.Work Environment:
Collaborative and fast-paced with opportunities for professional growth. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in foodservice or related industries. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and conflict resolution abilities. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
