  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment.
In this role, you will assist with human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture. Responsible for attracting new talent, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes. Administer the benefits programs such as health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and leave policies in compliance with applicable laws like FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Ensure legal compliance on employment & labor law updates; manage contracts, policies & update the company handbook accordingly. Back up for payroll processing using ADP to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HR program management, and change management initiatives to foster continuous improvement. Requirements Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes. Familiarity with Kronos for accurate compensation processing. Knowledge of HR compliance standards across multiple states. Other duties as provided. Must be present in the office. Not a remote position.

$65,000.00
