As an Equity Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring sustainable profitability. This high-impact position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key decisions, lead transformative initiatives, and share in the organization's long-term achievements. Duties Lead the development and execution of strategic programs that align with organizational goals, including change management initiatives and program development efforts. Drive talent management strategies by overseeing recruiting processes, employee orientation, performance evaluations, and training & development programs to cultivate a high-performing workforce. Manage human capital effectively through succession planning, affirmative action planning, and human resources management practices that promote diversity and inclusion. Utilize data analysis skills to collect, interpret, and leverage HR data for informed decision-making related to employee relations, engagement, and organizational health. Oversee employment & labor law compliance by ensuring policies are up-to-date and implemented consistently across all departments. Coordinate event planning activities such as leadership retreats, employee recognition events, and community outreach initiatives. Negotiate contracts and partnerships that support business growth while maintaining positive employee relations and conflict management strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or related fields with a strong understanding of change management, program development, and talent acquisition. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving program management, training & development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; adept at negotiation and conflict management. Strong data collection and analysis skills to support HR sourcing decisions, employee evaluation processes, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) utilization. Knowledge of employment & labor law, affirmative action planning, and social media management for employer branding purposes. Experience in campus recruitment strategies and event planning for talent sourcing efforts. Ability to manage budgets effectively while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) preferred.
