Year Experience:
3-5 Years Overview Seeking a Project / Operations Manager with experience in People Development, Culture & Engagement, or HR Operations. This role will support talent strategy, employee engagement, onboarding, leadership development, and culture initiatives within the organization. Key Responsibilities Support talent strategy, onboarding, and employee development programs Coordinate culture & engagement initiatives, leadership forums, and DE&I programs Manage employee surveys, feedback sessions, and engagement activities Track and report engagement, retention, and talent metrics Support change management and process improvement initiatives Build and maintain SharePoint/Unily sites and onboarding portals Collaborate with HR partners, leadership teams, and stakeholders Handle day-to-day operational and project coordination tasks Required Skills Experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Engagement, or Culture programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with onboarding, learning programs, and employee engagement Strong organizational and project coordination skills Comfortable working with metrics, reporting, and process-oriented tasks Proficiency in SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft PowerPoint Preferred Background HR Business Partner People Operations / Employee Experience Culture & Engagement Learning & Development Change Management Nice to Have Experience supporting R D or technical organizations Experience with DE&I initiatives and leadership development programs Note Candidates from any industry background are welcome Talent Acquisition / Recruiting backgrounds are not preferred 10-15+ years of experience may be considered overqualified
