About The Job:
Provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the organization, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer processes Oversee employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries Maintain and optimize HRIS (Paylocity) to support accurate HR operations and reporting Support employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, and policy guidance Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Collaborate with leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to support HR operations and initiatives
About You:
Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of HR generalist experience Strong experience with recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations Heavy HRIS experience required; Paylocity preferred Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and employee relations Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information

$80K•90K Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
