Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams). Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently. High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze data and metrics. Approachable, empathetic, and solution focused.
