  • Two Week Days in Your Home Office, Three Week Days Onsite Excellent Base Salary
  • $195,000 to $225,000 (negotiable based on experience).
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS
(Average your first year 30K to 35K), BASED
ON PERFORMANCE!
  • Base salary is $195,000 to $225,000 annually with significant potential annual increases, based on your performance.
ALSO AN ANNUAL PERFORMANCE BONUS, BASED ON YOUR PERFORMANCE.
For your first year the bonus would range from 30K to 35K, subsequent years would be higher etc.
  • FULL RELOCATION FUNDING PROVIDED FOR THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA
  • This client company has a team-focused culture. This company has experienced several expansions in recent years. There have been significant expansions in the last 30. They offer excellent benefits & 401K plan. This company is highly profitable, financially secure and continues to expand. They have never downsized.
  • You can work from home on Thursdays & Fridays & in office Monday through Wed. (OR you can change that to at home Fridays & Mondays etc.). VERY limited travel
  • two to three times a year for just a few days at a time, for corporate meetings etc.
All business travel expenses reimbursed, you have an expense account. This nationwide company has been in existence for over 25+ years and has experienced recent significant expansions. Our firm has an exclusive placement agreement with this company for this role. This role is open due to the personal relocation of the person in this role to another state.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A Minimum of a two year college degree is
REQUIRED BY THE HIRING
COMPANY, a graduate degree is a plus (preferred but is NOT at all required). This client is requiring a minimum of a 2-year college degree however.
  • A minimum of 4 years Human Resources management experience, as either an HR Manager or HR Director, is required.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have experience with annual employee evaluations, for HR personnel
  • Strong experience providing routine presentations to either a Plant Manager or Corporate Management Staff
  • Familiar with (or exposure to) either ADP
  • Experience working with external recruiters
  • Have experience (recently or in the past) with recruiting, benefits, employee evaluations, orientations
  • Have knowledge of payroll, hourly and salaried (recent OR in the past)
  • Experience with either establishing or enhancing employee policies, throughout an organization
  • Have a team-focused work ethic & management style
